Roberto Drassinower, Co-CEO
As Co-CEO, Mr. Drassinower is responsible for operation of the business and overseeing BrandIntel’s strategic direction and growth. He brings to this role extensive leadership experience and the skills to drive this growing company.
Prior to joining BrandIntel, Mr. Drassinower founded DME Consulting Inc., a boutique management-consulting firm that advised on several acquisitions with aggregate revenues north of $200 million.
He also served as the CEO of SoftQuad Software Ltd., a company he acquired through a management buy-out in November 1998. SoftQuad went public in March of 2000 and was sold to Corel Corporation two years later.
Previously, Mr. Drassinower was president of Carolian Systems, a network management software solutions company.
He is a frequent presenter at investor forums, and earned ‘Best Investment” by the Toronto Venture Group Venture Fair in 1999 for SoftQuad and was named one of Branham Group’s “Up and Comers” for the same year.
Mr. Drassinower currently serves as Co-Ceo of Brandimensions, the parent company of BD-BrandProtect, as well as serves on the board of directors of Bell IP Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bell Canada.

Bradley Silver, Co-CEO
As Co-CEO of BrandIntel, Mr. Silver is responsible for the strategic vision and growth of the company. He brings to this role more than ten years of experience in creating technology solutions, marketing, consulting, and brand development.
Prior to joining BrandIntel, Mr. Silver held the positions of Vice President of Sales for an Internet brand development start-up company, Executive Marketing Consultant - IBM, for the largest privately owned employment workforce improvement firm, and Account Executive for a leading supplier of client/server labor management solutions.
Mr. Silver has extensive experience and success providing consulting, marketing, business development and strategic development to Fortune 500 companies throughout his entire career. He received a B.A. from York University in Toronto, and earned a B.A.A. in the esteemed Radioand TelevisionArts program at Ryerson University.

Alan Peck, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Peck is responsible for defining and executing the financial strategy, as well as enhancing the quality and performance of the company's internal financial operations, human resources, legal, treasury, and related information systems. He has shared responsibility for developing and executing the overall business strategy, successful achievement of its financial objectives, and delivery of fair value to its shareholders.
Prior to joining Brandimensions, Mr. Peck held the position of Director of Finance for the Unisys Government Transformation Center. In this role, he was instrumental in designing, building, and managing an integrated service delivery, financial, and quality infrastructure that became the strategic backbone for the Unisys Global Public Sector business.
He has also served as the Senior Financial Executive for technology, manufacturing and distribution organizations throughout his 20-year career, with a solid track record of improving, solidifying and maintaining each company’s financial position, human resources management, treasury operations, and information systems.
Mr. Peck received his CA designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

John MacKinnon, Chief Technology Officer
Mr. MacKinnon is the technology visionary for BrandIntel and leads the team’s efforts in building innovative products and solutions that support the business. He has developed an extraordinary breadth and depth of business and technology acumen and is renowned for his out of the box approach to innovating world-class technology solutions.
He has over twenty years of experience building technology companies from the ground up and brings a rich senior management and technology legacy to BrandIntel.
Prior to joining BrandIntel Mr. MacKinnon founded Yo Inc, an award winning enterprise solutions provider that delivered the world's first advanced Trusted Connectivity platform enabling enterprises to extend critical information resources to remote users anywhere in the world. Yo Inc's customers include Fortune 500 companies, governments and health care providers.
In 1993 Mr. MacKinnon joined Swiftech Inc as CEO and CTO of where he pioneered first generation e-commerce and customer relationship management systems that leveraged the newly emerging Internet.
Prior to that at Merlin International Inc, as CEO & President where he created automated logistics systems for just-in-time manufacturers that provided advanced global management systems to the electronics and automotive sectors.
Mr. MacKinon was also served as Senior Director at Hummingbird Communications where he catalyzed a number of breakthrough Internet initiatives.

Sherry Harmon, Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Ms. Harmon is responsible for leading the effort across all customer touch points, including Client Services, Sales and Marketing.
Prior to BrandIntel Ms. Harmon was President of NextNine Inc. where she was responsible for operations and expanding market share and leadership. She grew the company from $500k to $5mil and then $10 mil in the second year, closing a round of funding with Motorola Ventures and lining up potential acquisition targets.
Before NextNine she worked for three companies that achieved successful IPOs (WebEx, Support.com and Interwoven).
Early in her career Ms. Harmon worked for Xerox New Enterprises, the organization that evaluated PARC technologies as opportunities for IPO or acquisition. Working with efforts that involved Documentum, InConcert and Tibco proved a great learning experience.

Ted Morris, Senior Vice President, Client Services
As Senior Vice President of Client Services, Mr. Morris is primarily responsible for providing and augmenting value for BrandIntel’s major accounts across the North American and European markets.
Mr. Morris has 15 years of experience in marketing research with tier one US firms where he has had roles in business development, product development and marketing within the US, Canada and Europe.
While at IBM Global Services his business consulting focus was in CRM strategy and vision enabling companies to transform to customer-centric businesses. He was also a member of a global teach team deploying IBM consulting offerings in EMEA, the Americas and Asia Pacific and was a faculty member at IBM's Advanced Business Institute in New York.
Mr. Morris has presented at a number of industry events including WOMMA “Measuring Word-of-Mouth conference, ESOMAR and the Advertising Research Foundation. He has been quoted in various publications on issues related to Marketing and Social Media including Advertising Age, Forbes, CNN Money and the Financial Post.

Alan Dean, Vice President, Research
As Vice President, Research, Mr. Dean brings to this role more than 20 years of experience as a market researcher, including ten years in advertising research. Prior to joining BrandIntel, he worked for Ipsos, managing operations for Ipsos ASI in North America as well as directing R&D of new interactive research methodologies, including award-winning research on consumer emotional responses to marketing and interactive survey research tools.
Mr. Dean holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Karen Greenberg, Vice President, Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development at BrandIntel, Karen Greenberg is responsible for establishing strategic relationships that increase the breadth of the company’s reach in the marketplace; and examining its current footprint to identify opportunities for growth. She brings to this role over 15 years of experience in the software and services business, where she has demonstrated proven executive leadership in sales, marketing and business development.
Before joining BrandIntel, Ms. Greenberg was Vice President, Sales and Marketing for VCommerce, where she lead sales and marketing teams and drove the strategic vision and execution for the company’s SaaS business model. During her time there she increased annual revenues from $1 million to over $10 million through direct and indirect channels. Prior to that, she was Director of Sales, Alliance Partners for Webex, a developer of Web/video conferencing and online meeting services. At Webex, Ms. Greenberg’s focus was on growing North American sales with telecommunications carriers and industry partners.
Ms. Greenberg has also held executive roles with SupportSoft, a subscription-based support automation company; and MicroAge, a Fortune 500 distributor, reseller, outsource and systems integrator.
She holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts from the Arizona State University.
