Roberto Drassinower, Co-CEO
As Co-CEO, Mr. Drassinower is responsible for operation of the business and overseeing BrandIntel’s strategic direction and growth. He brings to this role extensive leadership experience and the skills to drive this growing company.
Prior to joining BrandIntel, Mr. Drassinower founded DME Consulting Inc., a boutique management-consulting firm that advised on several acquisitions with aggregate revenues north of $200 million.
He also served as the CEO of SoftQuad Software Ltd., a company he acquired through a management buy-out in November 1998. SoftQuad went public in March of 2000 and was sold to Corel Corporation two years later.
Previously, Mr. Drassinower was president of Carolian Systems, a network management software solutions company.
He is a frequent presenter at investor forums, and earned ‘Best Investment” by the Toronto Venture Group Venture Fair in 1999 for SoftQuad and was named one of Branham Group’s “Up and Comers” for the same year.
Mr. Drassinower currently serves as Co-Ceo of Brandimensions, the parent company of BD-BrandProtect, as well as serves on the board of directors of Bell IP Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bell Canada.

Bradley Silver, Co-CEO
As Co-CEO of BrandIntel, Mr. Silver is responsible for the strategic vision and growth of the company. He brings to this role more than ten years of experience in creating technology solutions, marketing, consulting, and brand development.
Prior to joining BrandIntel, Mr. Silver held the positions of Vice President of Sales for an Internet brand development start-up company, Executive Marketing Consultant - IBM, for the largest privately owned employment workforce improvement firm, and Account Executive for a leading supplier of client/server labor management solutions.
Mr. Silver has extensive experience and success providing consulting, marketing, business development and strategic development to Fortune 500 companies throughout his entire career. He received a B.A. from York University in Toronto, and earned a B.A.A. in the esteemed Radio and Television Arts program at Ryerson University.

Alan Peck, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Peck is responsible for defining and executing the financial strategy, as well as enhancing the quality and performance of the company's internal financial operations, human resources, legal, treasury, and related information systems. He has shared responsibility for developing and executing the overall business strategy, successful achievement of its financial objectives, and delivery of fair value to its shareholders.
Prior to joining Brandimensions, Mr. Peck held the position of Director of Finance for the Unisys Government Transformation Center. In this role, he was instrumental in designing, building, and managing an integrated service delivery, financial, and quality infrastructure that became the strategic backbone for the Unisys Global Public Sector business.
He has also served as the Senior Financial Executive for technology, manufacturing and distribution organizations throughout his 20-year career, with a solid track record of improving, solidifying and maintaining each company’s financial position, human resources management, treasury operations, and information systems.
Mr. Peck received his CA designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Kevin Joy, Vice President
As Vice President, Mr. Joy brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to his role at BrandIntel, where he is responsible for global branding and marketing, product strategy and client service initiatives. An accomplished speaker, Mr. Joy has published numerous articles and often been quoted on the topic of online reputation management.
Prior to this, Mr. Joy led the market strategy and program development of all Deloitte Canada's services and played a major role globally as a member of the firm's marketing, communications and business development council - most notably as a leader of its branding initiative and also providing Latin American marketing coordination.
He also spent eight years with Unilever Canada and Mexico. In Canada, he built Becel into one of Canada's most successful and trusted household brands and then went on to lead Lipton's food innovation effort. While in Mexico, he was an integral part of a successful new joint venture for Unilever's ice cream business, which included franchise operations.
Mr. Joy was a founding member and director of Integrative Proteomics, a Canadian biotech startup.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in International Business and Marketing.
